Srini Tipirneni, President & CEO

An entrepreneur and technology executive for the past twelve years, Srini is responsible for determining the strategic direction and vision for Softential. Under his guidance, the company has made rapid strides and is today regarded as a forerunner in the Business and IT Service Management sector.

Prior to founding Softential, he was with Verso Technologies where he created the managed services practice. Over the years, Srini has overseen over one hundred Business Service Assurance projects and continues to be personally involved with some of Softential's customers in helping plan service management strategy and vision for new services.

Srini has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Osmania University, India.

Jim Barrett, VP of Business Development

Jim Barrett has more than ten years in technology sales and business development. His current responsibilities include business development, managing the sales team, partner/channel development and general operational management.

Jim came to Softential in 2002 after developing and managing the successful Service Provider division of Verso Technologies. He was instrumental in the development of Verso's Managed Services offering by combining traditional managed services with application development, integration and support services. Prior to Verso, Jim held various positions within the systems integration industry.

Jim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Bangar Kanumuru, VP of Service Delivery

Bangar is responsible for the operational execution and delivery of all Softential engagements. In this role, he manages the engineering and consulting teams and works with customers to ensure their requirements are being met within budget and on time. Bangar has worked within the technology industry for the past twelve years specializing in the design and implementation of Business and Service Management solutions for customers in the Service Provider, Financial and Retail industries. With this experience and his constant focus on keeping Softential ahead of the Managed Services technology curve, he constantly evaluates new products and keeps abreast of the latest happenings in the industry.

In his previous role at Verso Technologies, Bangar was responsible for architecting Managed Services solutions for several Fortune 500 companies and was instrumental in updating Verso's industry specific reference architectures and new product offerings.

Bangar has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
